ZIP – SYSTEM WRAP
Exterior framing is wrapped with the ZIP-System for better air and moisture protection. ZIP-System reduces cold spots in the home during the winter and hot spots during the hot summer months.
RADIANT BARRIER ROOFING
The roof system begins with radiant barrier sheathing that reduces attic temperatures up to 30 degrees by blocking 95% of radiant heat.
HARDIE COLOR-PLUS SIDING
Hardie Color-Plus cement board siding, offering a 15-year limited warranty that covers paint and labor, protecting against peeling, cracking and chipping.

STEP 1 - DESIGN
Weather it’s building on your lot or on ours, the only thing that matters is taking your design elements and economically and efficiently building it in the field. It matters tremendously if you engage the designer first before selecting the builder. You can work with our designer or bring your own.
STEP 2 - BUDGET
The budget process begins with the basic foundation, framing, roofing, rough plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning systems installation pricing. You will have weekly “spend” reports that track budget line items. Also, you can have control of each allowance for flooring, fixtures, lighting, appliances and landscaping and more.
STEP 3 - CONSTRUCTION
Steve Brusko’s management experience allows for the selection of subcontractors who are experts and insured to meet agreed start and completion dates. Relationships with municipal authorities, local zoning and building code inspection officials eliminate dow-time and construction delays.

Michael transitioned from a telecommunications career supporting projects for Federal Government Agencies, the Department of Defense and private oil and gas industry to real estate investing.
